It's about the innocent hearts of children — my own kids have always been the inspiration, and their handprints are actually hidden in the original painting.This version captures the heart of that piece in a smaller format. One child handing the other a flower, with a cloud of red spray-painted hearts floating up between them. The figures are laser-cut and spray-painted black, with texture added using a screen technique you can see up close. The pale blue spray-paint background gives each one its own character.These are part of a small run of less than 10 that have been sold in galleries. As of now, there are only two remaining.This piece comes mounted in an 11x14 white and black mat with an acid-free backing board. Frame not included.

Canvas prints have 1.5" thick high-quality gallery wrapped canvases (staples are hidden on the back rather than the sides) with wooden stretcher bars. I don't use those compressed paper stretchers that you find in cheap canvas frames. pH neutral and acid-free canvases will not yellow over time. All this is to give you a quality product constructed to last for many decades.
Paper prints are printed on Premium Archival Smooth Matte Fine Art Paper. The paper supports accurate color reproduction and high-contrast, high-resolution output, and is acid-free for a longer print life with pigment inks. It features a heavyweight (230 gsm), and an instant-dry coating that resists fingerprints and smudging.
